The Righteous Rapmaster Rocketship (ToeJam & Earl)

Who remembers the 90's classic SEGA Mega Drive game "Toejam & Earl"?
I loved it when I was a kid.
As an homage, I modeled The Righteous Rapmaster Rocketship, the titular characters' spaceship.

I modeled it in Blender, and for this project I decided to test an alternative to Substance Painter for texturing: a Blender Add-On called MatPlus, which has a similar workflow to Substance Painter, but works directly inside Blender.
For this model I used two UDIM tiles for the entire ship textures, in order to preserve more detail.

To give it that classic 90's look, I created the background in After Effects, inspired by the game's level transition backgrounds.
